- 3 Lb Chuck Roast
- 2 Tbsn Oil
- 1 Cup Water
Heat oil in pressure cooker using the Saute function.
Sear roast on all sides for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off Saute function and Add 1 cup water to the pressure cooker.
Lay the roast at the bottom of the pressure cooker, secure lid, and move valve to Sealing.
Press Manual and set cook time to 90 Minutes. Make sure the High Pressure light is on.
After the 90 Minutes is complete, allow to NPR for at least 10 minutes before QR.
Serve with Potatoes & Carrots. Make gravy with the broth. (optional)
