Mix hot water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let sit 10 minutes to activate.
Pour yeast mixture into kichen aide mixing bowl.
Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
Start mixing on a low speed. Start adding flour slowly.
Increase your mixing speed to 2 or 3. Allow mixer to knead the dough for 4-6 minutes until it forms a ball.
If dough is still sticky you can add a bit more flour, otherwise stop your mixer and remove dough.
1st Rise. Place the ball of dough into a large greased glass bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise for 60-90 minutes.
Press center of dough ball down with your fist to release air.
Shape the dough into a loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
2nd Rise. Place in greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 60 minutes or until doubled.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Uncover loaf pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove bread from loaf pan soon after it is done baking.
You can eat the warm bread now. However, slicing for sandwiches will be much easier the following day.
